Day tour Buki + Alexandria landscape parks

08:00 Departure from Kyiv

10:30 Arrival in the village of Buki. Tour by foot around the landscape park (2 hours). There are many interesting surprises, views of the past and picturesque places worth visiting. For example, the favourite fountain in the central square, which harmoniously blends into the landscape ensemble of the area, a beautiful temple complex, fountains, waterfalls, altanka, numerous sculptures and much more. Before entering the park, you will notice a unique, specially created puddle, about the purpose of which you can learn during the excursion. This is followed by transfer to the Bila Tserkva.

13:00 – 14:00 Lunch at a restaurant

Excursion around the “Alexandria” park (1,5-2 hours), which was named after Alexandra, the wife of Hetman Francis-Xaveria Branitsky. At a point in time the park was considered one of the best in Europe. In the park, there are 25 reservoirs, 2500 plant species, in particular from South America, China and Japan. The park’s base is a large glade, from which a network of avenues, decorated with park architecture and sculpture, spreads for 20 km: “Romantic ruins”, “Chinese Bridge”, the source “Leo” and the colonnade “Echo”. “Echo” has unique acoustics: a word whispered in one the end of the colonnade can be heard on the opposite side. Music sounds especially beautiful in the colonnade, so we recommend taking a moment to stay and listen to the works. This is followed by free time in the park for walks (about 1 hour), and then the transfer to Kyiv
